Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Beckerson enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he served as a senior articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. After obtaining his LL.M. degree in 2009, he worked as a legal research attorney for the San Francisco Superior Court, criminal division, where he was exposed to the inner workings of the local judiciary.
