Focusing on immigration law matters for over 25 years, Christopher A. Kerosky works out of his firm’s offices in Santa Rosa, Napa, San Rafael, Ukiah, Reno, and Los Angeles, representing individual and business clients in all aspects of immigration law. In addition to English, Mr. Kerosky is fluent in Spanish and Polish and conversational in French and Russian, and has done extensive work for over 20 years for the Mexican Consulate, as well as the Consulates of Poland, Ireland, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua. He has been admitted to practice in California since 1984, and he also served as the Honorary Consul for the government of Poland from 2003-2019. 

Mr. Kerosky is well-versed in all aspects of immigration law. He has worked on naturalization, family-based immigrant visas, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals cases, tourist visas and temporary protected status. Mr. Kerosky’s experience has also included fiancé and fiancée visas, and he has helped people obtain marriage-based green cards. Mr. Kerosky has also handled asylum claims and appeals, and he has defended clients who are facing deportation. His employment-based immigration experience has encompassed H-1B visas for professional workers, O visas for applicants with extraordinary ability, E-5 investor visas, and P visas, which allow performers and athletes to be in the United States for short periods.

Mr. Kerosky has significant business immigration experience as well. It has included visas for treaty traders, B-1 visas, visas for intra-company transferees, and visas for workers who have specialized knowledge.
