Cristina Molteni

Cristina Molteni is the principal of Molteni Employment Law, where she practices all aspects of employment law. Ms. Molteni provides her clients with strong advocacy, extensive experience, and a commitment to personal service. She has successfully represented clients in wage-and-hour claims in individual cases
and class actions. Her practice also includes discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination cases in state and federal courts and arbitration.

In addition to representing employees, Ms. Molteni is frequently retained to provide advice and counsel on workplace policies and procedures to American companies conducting business in Argentina and Brazil. Ms. Molteni has worked in the labor and employment law fields since the early days of her legal career. Before coming to California, she was a law clerk in the National Labor Court in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a tenured professor of Labor and Employment Law and Private International Law in Universidade Cândido Mendes, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ms. Molteni is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is admitted to practice in California, Argentina, and Brazil.
