Danielle Fuschetti is an experienced employment lawyer practicing in California and Vermont. Danielle represents workers in cases ranging from severance negotiations to high-stakes class actions, under wage-and-hour law and laws prohibiting discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Danielle holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law. She began her career at a top-tier employer defense firm, and subsequently joined an elite nationwide plaintiff-side firm, where she was promoted to partner and head of the firm's employment discrimination and harassment practice group.
