Danielle Fuschetti

Danielle Fuschetti is an experienced employment lawyer practicing in California and Vermont. Danielle represents workers in cases ranging from severance negotiations to high-stakes class actions, under wage-and-hour law and laws prohibiting discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Danielle holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law. She began her career at a top-tier employer defense firm, and subsequently joined an elite nationwide plaintiff-side firm, where she was promoted to partner and head of the firm's employment discrimination and harassment practice group. Danielle has also worked at a highly-regarded wage-and-hour class action firm. After gaining extensive experience, Danielle launched her own practice representing employees in 2025. 

Danielle's high-caliber advocacy has been recognized by Law 360, SuperLawyers, Benchmark Litigation, the National Law Journal, the Bar Association of San Francisco, Justice and Diversity Center.

Danielle’s notable representations have included:

• Representing a female former employee in securing a $7.5 multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of a class of women at Western Digital based on claims of sex discrimination and unequal pay
• Negotiating numerous multimillion-dollar severance agreements for female employees at a tech company terminated in retaliation for complaining about her employer’s hostile work environment
• Representing female employees in securing $19.5 million dollar settlement on behalf of a class of women at Qualcomm based on claims of sex discrimination and equal pay
• Representing employees in dozens of wage-and-hour class or PAGA actions, including cases resulting in seven- and eight- figure recoveries
• Serving as co-counsel for Beth Burns, the winningest women’s basketball coach in the history of San Diego State University, in her claim for retaliatory discharge against the university, resulting in a jury verdict of over $3.3 millions
• Negotiating multiple million+ dollar settlements for female attorneys who faced discrimination in pay and promotions
• Representing and advising executives and senior level employees in the sectors of high technology, healthcare, law, fintech, and startups
