J. Kevin Morrison

J. Kevin Morrison is considered by his peers as one of the top trial attorneys in the country. He has more than three decades of experience representing those who have been seriously harmed by the negligence of another. He handles cases throughout California and focuses on  car accidents, big rig and truck crashes, rideshare accidents, pedestrian injuries, bicycle accidents, construction site accidents, defective products and mass shootings.

A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (where he served as President of the SF Chapter in 2024), the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers, three premier invitation only trial lawyer organizations comprised of the best trial attorneys in the country, Kevin has experience in trying cases from Los Angeles to San Francisco. He was lead trial counsel in a lawsuit brought by over 50 plaintiffs arising out of the UPS mass shooting in San Francisco. In another recent case, he and his team achieved a $13.6 million result for three adult children for the wrongful death of their father who was killed riding his bicycle. In 2023, he and his law partner Josh White, obtained a jury verdict for $9 million in Santa Clara County, noneconomic damages only, for a 74 year old man. In 2024, he and his team obtained a $6.6 million verdict on a trip and fall case at a grocery store in San Francisco. 

A graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in economics, Mr. Morrison earned a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. In addition to his membership in ABOTA, IATL and ISOB, he is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
