Jennifer has spent her entire legal career fighting for the rights of injured victims and families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence or neglect of others. Since 2013, Jennifer has served on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California ("CAOC"). As part of her work with CAOC, she has helped author legislation that assists victims in the litigation process. Since 2014, Jennifer has been an editor of CAOC’s Forum magazine. For years, she authored the Forum's Volunteer Spotlight column, which features attorneys bettering the community and the nonprofit organizations being served by those attorneys. Jennifer has published articles and spoken at legal seminars on many subjects, including trial issues, defeating motions for summary judgment, proving child sex abuse and negligence in third party criminal conduct cases and overcoming challenges to legal complaints.
Since 2019, Jennifer has been on the boards of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Associations (ACCTLA). She is currently ACCTLA's President-Elect.
Outside of the office and courtroom, you can find Jennifer in the San Francisco East Bay with her husband and children. She's been a frequent volunteer at her children’s schools and on their sports teams.
