Jennifer Fiore

Trial attorney Jennifer Fiore focuses on catastrophic personal injury, sexual abuse, elder abuse and neglect, product liability, public entity, railroad, maritime and other torts.  Jennifer has spent her entire legal career fighting for the rights of injured victims and families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence or neglect of others.  She is proud to be a shareholder of FIORE ACHERMANN in San Francisco and Oakland, where they handle cases throughout the state of California. 

She has distinguished herself as a fierce advocate in and out of the courtroom.  She is experienced in all aspects of pretrial and trial work, from defeating motions for summary judgment, deposing experts, examining and cross-examining witnesses, arguing pretrial and trial motions, and drafting post-trial and appellate briefs.  Jennifer's creative strategies and in-depth knowledge of the law have resulted in numerous settlements and victories for her clients. 

Jennifer is proud to a member of the legal team that received the 2014 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from Public Justice for the People v. Atlantic Richfield Company, et al., the Lead Paint Case in Santa Clara County.  Since 2015, she has annually been named a Northern California Super Lawyer, and since 2020 she's been named to the Top 100 Lawyers and Top 50 Women Lawyers Northern California lists.  She became a fellow of the American Bar Foundation in 2014, which is made up of legal professionals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. 

Since 2013, Jennifer has served on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California ("CAOC").  As part of her work with CAOC, she has helped author legislation that assists victims in the litigation process.  Since 2014, Jennifer has been an editor of CAOC’s Forum magazine.  For years, she authored the Forum's Volunteer Spotlight column, which features attorneys bettering the community and the nonprofit organizations being served by those attorneys.  Jennifer has published articles and spoken at legal seminars on many subjects, including trial issues, defeating motions for summary judgment, proving child sex abuse and negligence in third party criminal conduct cases and overcoming challenges to legal complaints.  

Since 2019, Jennifer has been on the boards of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Associations (ACCTLA).  She is currently ACCTLA's President-Elect.

Outside of the office and courtroom, you can find Jennifer in the San Francisco East Bay with her husband and children.  She's been a frequent volunteer at her children’s schools and on their sports teams.
