As a partner at the San Francisco law firm of Rouda Feder Tietjen & McGuinn, John specializes in cases involving defective products, medical malpractice, elder abuse, negligence by public entities, trucking accidents, taxicab accidents and other causes. John is a past president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) and served as the President of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) in 2014. He has written and lectured extensively on personal injury and trial practice topics for various publications, programs and organizations.
