Mr. Keker was the president of the San Francisco Police Commission and vice president of the San Francisco Fire Commission. He also served as the chairman of the San Francisco Bay Water Quality Control Board.

Honored for his long and extensive service in the legal field, Mr. Keker was named to The Daily Journal’s California Lawyer of the Year list in immigration, its Top Plaintiff's Verdict by Dollar list and, currently, its Top 100 Lawyers list.
