Kelly Armstrong is an employment attorney and managing partner of The Armstrong Law Firm in San Francisco, California. Ms. Armstrong has many years of experience representing employees in matters involving disability discrimination, employment discrimination, race discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour laws, whistleblower claims and wrongful termination. 

Ms. Armstrong represents employees in the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley and throughout Northern California. Her clients come from cities, including Berkeley, Oakland, Alameda, Sausalito, Corte Madera, San Rafael, Mill Valley, San Anselmo, Larkspur, Sonoma, Walnut Creek, Hayward, Orinda, Lafayette and San Ramon. 

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree, Ms. Armstrong earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She holds a license to practice law before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
