Lisa Pinelli

Lisa A. Pinelli is a seasoned family law attorney that has represented a diverse array of clients in a broad spectrum of family law matters, including dissolution, child custody and visitation, domestic violence prevention, child and spousal support, property division, and attorney’s fees issues. Lisa is adept at managing high-volume caseloads and regularly collaborates with senior counsel and partners on complex cases.

Her litigation experience encompasses all stages of family law proceedings, from discovery to trial. Lisa regularly appears in court for law and motion hearings, evidentiary proceedings, and trials. She is committed to maintaining excellent client relations and communicates effectively with opposing counsel and parties. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients’ needs and objectives are met with meticulous attention and care.

Prior to her current role, Lisa was a senior associate at a San Francisco family law firm. She also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Family Violence Law Center in Oakland, where she drafted Domestic Violence Prevention Act applications and appeared in court to obtain restraining orders and accompanying family law orders. She also served as a Legal Extern at Bayview/Hunters Point Community Legal (now Open Door Legal) in San Francisco, conducting legal research and writing for various consumer law issues. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked at the Yolo County Superior Court as a Family Law Facilitator/Self-Help Center Assistant, guiding self-represented litigants through various legal processes. It was this pivotal role that inspired Lisa to become a family law attorney.

When she is not at work, Lisa enjoys being outdoors, being with her family and friends, and spending quality time with her cat Leo.
