Michael E. Hale

Michael E. Hale is a personal injury attorney and partner at LMSCH, LLP, a law firm with offices in San Francisco and Novato, California. Mr. Hale represents the injured and their families in cases involving catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, brain injury, defective products, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, pet-related injuries, premises liability and other issues. He serves plaintiffs in Novato and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Mr. Hale has over 15 years of legal experience. He has devoted his entire legal career to personal injury litigation, advocating for full and fair compensation on behalf of injured California residents and their families. He also has experience with commercial housing law, advising commercial tenants on lease negotiations. 

In 2001, Mr. Hale graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006. While in law school, he received an academic award in a real estate transactions course, served as a staff member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and belonged to the Business Law Association.

Upon law school graduation, Mr. Hale passed the California bar examination and obtained his license to practice law. He is qualified to appear before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Over the course of his career as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Hale has obtained sizeable recoveries through settlement and trial.
