Education

Mr. Kelly is a 2005 cum laude graduate of Bachelor of Arts in government and politics from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he obtained the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Graduate. In 2008, he went on to secure his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Los Angeles. At law school, he was the recipient of the merit scholarship and the American Jurisprudence Award.
