Her extensive experience includes high-profile cases such as Kepnach et al v. Four Barrel Coffee, Lambert v. Tesla and Vaughn v. Tesla. She has played a pivotal role in landmark verdicts, such as the $137 million verdict in Diaz v. Tesla – a racial harassment case and secured a settlement of $1.6 million in a sexual harassment case.
Having completed her undergraduate studies in rhetoric, political economy of industrial societies, peace and conflict at the University of California, Berkeley in 2006, Ms. Avloni earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2011. While at law school, she actively participated in the Civil Rights Clinic and held the position of SCBA Diversity Fellow while also engaging in the Public Service Law Program. Furthermore, she was granted her license to practice law in California in 2011 and also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
In addition to her impressive legal achievements, Ms. Avloni has held various roles at the California Employment Lawyers Association. She currently sits as a board member of the Foundation for Advocacy Inclusion and Resources and acts as an adviser for Empower Work. Her proficiency in Russian is also worth noting.
