Oleg Albert

Oleg Albert is a reputed labor and employment law attorney with over 15 years of legal experience. He serves clients across Northern California as an attorney and partner at Le Clerc & Le Clerc LLP located in San Francisco.

Mr. Albert handles individual and class action cases and helps employees with their legal issues involving wage and hour disputes, unequal pay, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, harassment and wrongful terminations. He also assists with issues like misclassification, failure to pay overtime, failure to pay earned commissions and bonuses, and wrongful failures to hire.

Through his work, Mr. Albert has helped employees recover millions of dollars after their employers broke the law by failing to provide them with reasonable accommodations, maternity leaves, equal pay or more. From high-level executives to retail laborers, he has advocated for them all.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Mr. Albert majored in economics and political science and secured his Bachelor of Arts in 2003. He then earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California in 2007. While in law school, he was placed on the dean's list and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. 

Soon after law school, Mr. Albert was admitted to practice in California (2007) and the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He worked for a number of highly regarded Bay Area law firms, where he advised HR and management on matters including but not limited to legally compliant hiring and termination practices; background checks; internal investigations; performance management; and noncompete and trade secret protection. He now uses this knowledge to negotiate employment and separation packages for highly compensated and incentivized workers.

Mr. Albert is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and The State Bar of California – Labor and Employment Law Section.
