Mr. Bodzin has successfully tried, mediated, and arbitrated complex litigation cases on behalf of businesses and individuals in both California and New York for 30 years.  Mr. Bodzin is a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani in the Commercial Litigation practice group in the firm's San Francisco office. Mr. Bodzin moved his practice from Burnham Brown in Oakland where he had been a partner since 2003. He is a partner in the Commercial Practice Group.  Mr. Bodzin's leadership roles in the legal profession include is work since 2006 with the California Litigation Section, where he was past Chair & where is currently an appointed advisor.   Through his affiliation with Swords to Plowshares, Mr. Bodzin performs pro bono work and is approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs as an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans seeking Character of Discharge upgrades.
