Mr. Jacob has also represented clients in the industries of video streaming, social media and other contemporary technological areas in cases before a variety of federal agencies, such as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the International Trade Commission and others. He also has extensive appellate experience and has successfully argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

A 2000 graduate of Yale University, Mr. Jacob attended the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 2007. While there, he served as executive production editor of the Hastings Law Journal, and he received an Academic Excellence Scholarship as well as the Roger J. Traynor Student Writing Scholarship and the Andrew G. Pavlovsky Memorial Scholarship. He graduated Order of the Coif and member of the Thurston Society.
