Stacey Schliffer

Stacey Schliffer is an attorney with DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell in San Francisco, California, whose career has been devoted exclusively to family law since 2007. She represents individuals in a full spectrum of matters, including divorce, custody and parenting disputes, parentage, support issues, property division and cases involving intimate partner abuse. A seasoned advocate, she has extensive courtroom experience, while also offering clients alternative dispute resolution options as a trained mediator and collaborative law practitioner. Ms. Schliffer earned her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law, where she received the Paul O’Dwyer Fellowship for her commitment to children’s rights and served as an associate editor of the New York City Law Review. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bard College, earning a degree in Asian Studies and Global and International Studies.

Active in the legal community, Ms. Schliffer has held leadership roles with the Bar Association of San Francisco, including serving as Past Chair of its Family Law Section, and contributes to statewide initiatives through the California Lawyers Association Family Law Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Marin County Bar Association.
