Mr. Hirsch completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky. After earning his B.A., he obtained an M.P.A. at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. A year later, he also completed his law degree at Yale Law School. He was first licensed to practice in California in 1994. Since then, he has also become licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York and the District of Columbia.

Over the past few decades, Mr. Hirsch has represented some of the most well-known companies in their respective industries. These include Google, Electronic Arts, American Honda Motor Company, Intel and AT&T Wireless Services. He has also won his fair share of awards over the years. For example, he was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Appellate and Commercial Litigation from 2010 to the present.

Outside of work, Mr. Hirsch maintains active memberships in several law organizations. He is Board President of California Lawyers for the Arts and is a board member of The Bar Association of San Francisco. He also helps train the next generation of lawyers via his lectures in Advanced Appellate Writing at Stanford Law School. While he has many passions, chief among them are protecting voters' rights and protecting the democratic process in America.
