Terry A. Szucsko

A partner at Lvovich & Szucsko, P.C., Terry A. Szucsko represents clients in matters of family law, divorce, domestic violence, child support, child custody, divorce, legal separation, prenuptial agreements and domestic partnerships. He also provides legal representation in business law, electronic storage and information, and trusts in the Bay Area. This includes the following cities and county: Marin County, Burlingame, Millbrae, San Mateo, Oakland and San Francisco.

At California State University San Bernardino, he earned an undergraduate degree with a focus on information and decisional sciences and how the legal and corporate communities are affected by them. Mr. Szucsko then moved on to law school at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor. He is certified in Family Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Szucsko is admitted to practice in the state of California. He is also admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. As a member of the American Bar Association, he is actively involved with the Family Law Section and the Business Section.

Before practicing law, Mr. Szucsko worked for decades in the internet-managed services industry. He was executive vice president and co-founder of an internet service provider with over 5,000 square feet of collocation space and offices in four different states.
