In 1992 he formed the Brandi Law firm where he has worked with Dan Dell’Osso, Mylene Reuvekamp, Brian Malloy, Jason Friedman, and Terry Edwards.

Tom has tried cases to verdict in 19 California Counties and two Federal courts including lead counsel for hundreds of infertile women in the Dalkon Shield litigation, people harmed by defective products, unsafe roads, dangerous drugs, people with traumatic brain injury, paralysis and catastrophic injuries as well as wrongful death. Among his numerous verdicts are a 12 million dollar verdict in SF, 14m in San Mateo, 17m in San Luis Obispo, 25m in Santa Clara with Dan Dell’Osso, 29 million in Solano  and 1.6 billion in SF in a class action.
