Victoria Phan

Victoria Phan is an associate at Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP in San Francisco, California. She is also a member of the firm’s Litigation Service group. Her proficiency lies in handling intricate commercial disputes that stem from contractual claims and business torts. She has relentlessly prosecuted and defended these cases, which typically include fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and breach of contract.

In 2019, Ms. Phan received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship. While at law school, she served as the managing editor for the UCLA Asian Pacific American Law Journal and as a member of the board for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association. She also holds a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude (2015) in political science and cognitive sciences psychology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). At UCI, she was an affiliate of the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity.

A well-established professional, Ms. Phan was licensed in California in 2019 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Additionally, she is actively involved in several legal associations, including the Asian American Bar Association, the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the UCLA Law Alumni Association.

Before becoming part of Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP, Ms. Phan successfully practiced business litigation at a renowned law firm in Orange County and San Francisco, demonstrating her exceptional skills and knowledge in the field.
