Andrea R. Mah

Andrea R. Mah co-founded Argyris Mah, LLP, in San Jose, California, with the goal of helping clients make informed decisions and find solutions in a stress-free and relaxed setting. Focused on offering services related to family law in Santa Clara County, she litigates and mediates cases related to:

Seasoned, organized and reliable, Ms. Mah provides practical advice about all avenues to achieve justice for her clients while reducing litigation costs to the greatest extent possible. With her unique approach to divorce, she is capable of removing the emotional component and helping her clients get back on track. A dedicated and compassionate professional, she maintains a solid relationship with clients and judges, collaborates with opposing counsel and mediators when appropriate, and never backs down from a court battle. 

Ms. Mah completed her undergraduate degree in psychology in 2003 at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She enrolled in the University of San Francisco School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2008, ranking in the top third of the class. During law school, she interned for the San Mateo County District Attorney’s office and represented abused, neglected and abandoned children through the university’s Child Advocacy Clinic.

An active member of The State Bar of California since 2008, Ms. Mah is highly involved in the San Jose Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. To recognize her decadelong contribution to the legal community, Avvo has recognized her with a “Very Good” rating.
