Arlette Argyris

Arlette Argyris is a partner at the law firm of Argyris Mah, LLP, located in San Jose, California. She represents clients with family law matters such as legal separation, annulments, divorce, child visitation and custody, paternity, spousal support, division of assets and debts, and grandparents’ rights.

With a bachelor’s degree in history and international and area studies, Ms. Argyris graduated from The University of Oklahoma, where she studied a semester abroad in Athens, Greece. She continued her legal studies at The University of Oklahoma College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2010. She is licensed to practice in California and Oklahoma.

While in law school, Ms. Argyris served as a research assistant analyzing issues related to international law, including human rights and environmental law. She also was a student author at The University of Oklahoma International Human Rights Clinic. She improved her advocacy abilities while working at family law firms following law school.

Ms. Argyris has obtained a rating of “Excellent” on Avvo for her notable work in the family law field. She is an active affiliate with legal associations such as The State Bar of California, the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
