A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Bob Camors is the founder of his eponymous law firm. He is based in San Jose, California, and he represents people and businesses in Santa Clara County, the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout the state. Mr. Camors has been admitted to practice in California since 1985, and he is also admitted to practice before several federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 9th and Federal Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Camors has handled a variety of civil and commercial disputes through mediation and before arbitrators as well as in the courtroom. His cases have included contract breaches, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, collections, disputes between commercial landlords and their tenants, intellectual property infringement, trust and probate litigation, mechanic’s liens and other construction matters, and employment law.
