Elizabeth E. Prehn

Elizabeth E. Prehn is an attorney serving clients, in the Bay Area of California and throughout the world. Her focus is on the following legal areas:

Ms. Prehn is admitted to practice before several state and federal courts. With over two decades of experience, Ms. Prehn earned her Juris Doctor degree from the San Francisco Law School. During her career, she has also assisted with cases of malpractice litigation, bankruptcy, breach of contract, business torts, partnership dissolution, pro Bono (Low Income Tax Clinic),  entity revivors and compliance matters.

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Prehn holds memberships in several professional organizations. These include the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association’s Tax Section and the Criminal Tax Penalties Committee, San Francisco Tax Club, and the Tax Section of The State Bar of California.
