Elnaz Masoom is the founding trial attorney and managing partner of Masoom Law Firm P.C., a boutique litigation practice devoted to complex civil litigation and high-stakes criminal defense throughout California. Recognized for her commanding courtroom presence, strategic motion practice, meticulous preparation, and incisive cross-examination skills, Ms. Masoom is trusted by clients facing the most serious criminal allegations—including strike eligible offenses and complex felonies with life exposure.

Her early legal training reflects a longstanding commitment to public service and constitutional protections. While earning her Juris Doctor with a Litigation Concentration at Golden Gate University School of Law, Ms. Masoom served as a legal intern with the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office and as a judicial extern for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from San Jose State University.
