Elnaz Masoom

Elnaz Masoom is a trial and managing at the Masoom Law Firm P.C., a boutique litigation firm in San Jose.  In the legal field for over 14 years, she serves clients in the San Jose metro area and throughout California primarily in employment, business and real estate litigation. Her unwavering commitment to justice and formidable courtroom skills have earned her a reputation as a tenacious advocate. In the legal field for over 14 years, Ms. Masoom possesses a holistic knowledge of complex labor and employment regulations, leadership strategies, and business structures, and has successfully litigated a wide range of complex employment and business cases.

Graduating magna cum laude, Ms. Masoom received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from San Jose State University. She pursued her legal studies at the Golden Gate University School of Law, obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence focusing on litigation. She served as a legal intern at the County of Santa Clara, Public Defenders Office and as a legal extern at the Superior Court, County of Santa Clara, for a renowned judge.
