Eric A. Gravink

Attorney Eric A. Gravink is a shareholder with Rossi, Hamerslough, Reischl & Chuck law firm in San Jose, California. Over the course of his legal career spanning nearly 17 years, Mr. Gravink has become a recognized authority on real property tax appeals, foreclosures, secured transactions and many other legal areas. His client base has ranged from prominent real estate developers and holding companies to individual property owners, contractors and other real estate professionals, as well as judges, attorneys, accountants and high-profile public figures.

Through his litigation practice, Mr. Gravink has achieved considerable success helping his clients protect their rights and interests regarding land use, zoning and easement disputes, breaches of contract, property tax issues, and other serious matters. In addition to maintaining a successful litigation practice, he has extensive experience handling complex, high-stakes transactional matters, including the purchase or lease of commercial property, large-scale real estate developments projects, and more.

A 1993 honors graduate of San Jose State University, Mr. Gravink obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude form Lincoln Law School of San Jose in 2003. He is admitted to practice before all state and U.S. District Courts in California as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. Gravink is an active member of the Santa Clara County and American Bar Associations as well as The State Bar of California. A licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic and inspector, he is also a member of the San Jose State University Aviation Advisory Council, and he serves as lecturer at the Department of Aviation as well as lecturer of property law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose.
