While in law school, Ms. Scharre served as assistant director for the Santa Clara Honors Moot Court Competition and served as a chair for the Santa Clara Honors Moot Court’s Galloway Competition. She was also a semifinalist in the Moot Court competition. She received the Best Oral Advocate Award for her remarkable oral arguments in moot court. 

Actively affiliated with distinguished legal associations, Ms. Scharre is currently a board of trustees’ member at the Silicon Valley Bar Association, while her previous positions included executive committee chair member and education committee co-chair member. She is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of The State Bar of California. 

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Scharre is a lecturer at the Santa Clara School of Law and is a guest lecturer at the UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. She has written numerous articles in notable journals and has spoken extensively at several eminent legal platforms.
