Jennifer F. Scharre is a Partner at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, located in San Jose, California. Mrs. Scharre practice includes work with high net worth clients to address issues related to estate and gift tax, generation skipping transfer tax, income tax, and property tax to ensure transfers are made tax efficiently. Mrs. Scharre's trust and decedent's estate administration practice includes representation of trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust administration and probate including preparation of trust accountings and estate tax returns.
