Matthew J. Rudy

Matthew J. Rudy is a seasoned attorney with almost 20 years of experience guiding clients through the intricacies of family law. Working from his office at The Law Office of Matthew J. A graduate of Fordham University, Mr. Rudy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history. In 2007, he received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and went on to gain admission to The State Bar of California in the same year. While at law school, he discovered his passion for family law by helping clients resolve real-world problems at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center. 

Upon graduating with top honors in family law and estates, Mr. Rudy kicked off his professional journey at a firm in the South Bay area. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the practical workings of the judiciary, enhancing his understanding of family law. Today, he possesses extensive experience in various facets of family law, including child custody, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders and the intricate processes involved in complex property division cases.
