Moksha Smith

Moksha Smith is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist with the California Bar, and a Junior Partner at Magdalena Law Group in San Jose, California. Currently, she serves on numerous Boards, including: Niroga, the Santa Clara Bar Association, the Santa Clara Chief of Police Advisory Board, and the Criminal Executive Committee for the California Lawyer's Association. She is currently a MBA Candidate at Santa Clara University. 

She has conducted over twenty five jury trials, and handled serious felony criminal cases.
