Patrick A. Kohlmann is a partner at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, with offices in San Jose and Danville, California. Providing representation to clients throughout Santa Clara and Contra Costa counties, he focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Kohlmann regularly prepares and reviews revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, health care and financial powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. He also counsels business owners on succession planning for their companies, and he assists individuals and families with wealth preservation tactics and advises them on the taxation of trusts and estates. He has also received court appointments to act as counsel for people who are the subject of conservatorships.
