As a shareholder at Rossi, Hamerslough, Reischl & Chuck, Ronald R. Rossi has spent decades guiding people in San Jose, California, through real estate issues. His caseload and countless successes have involved matters ranging from foreclosure to landlord-tenant disputes to transactional matters. In litigation and settlement discussions, he proves to be a tough adversary.

For his many accomplishments, Mr. Rossi has earned the highest peer rating* possible of AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell; he holds an Avvo “Superb” rating; and the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association named him its Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2006.

The reason Mr. Rossi consistently returns favorable awards and outcomes for clients is due in part to his commitment to his practice area. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors, he has played several roles within the California Bureau of Real Estate and he has represented the National Association of Realtors. A published author, Mr. Rossi is a board member for the Housing Industry Foundation. Further, he has taught real estate-related issues at continuing education courses as well as at a law school.

Mr. Rossi has long known he wanted to be involved in the real estate industry. After earning an undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in 1965, he attended the University of California Hastings College of Law. While in law school, he actually managed a number of apartment complexes and sold real estate. He received a Juris Doctor in 1968 and spent several years as a captain in the U.S. Army, where he defended clients in court martial. In 2009, Mr. Rossi went back to school, earning a Master of Arts in history from San Jose State University.
