Stanley L. Bartelmie

Stanley L. Bartelmie has 35 years experience in the areas of family law, trusts, trust administration and probate.  He is a member of the mediation and arbitration panels with the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Stan has received special mediation training with the Northern California Mediation Center.  Stan serves as a member of the Mediation and Arbitration Panel with the Santa Clara County Superior Court.  For more than twenty (20) years, Stan has assisted the Family Court as a temporary judge.  And since 1983, Stan has volunteered as a Small Claims Court temporary judge.  Stan is also a trained arbitrator for the attorney-client fee disputes for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.  Stan is a published author of the Divorce Mediation Manual.
