Randy Walton is an experienced personal injury and wrongful death attorney based in North County San Diego. He represents clients throughout the region in cases involving car and motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and nursing home abuse and neglect, recovering millions of dollars for injured clients and their families.
A longtime advocate for victims of negligence, Mr. Walton is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, and is a certified mediator through the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Walton has dedicated years to public service, serving on the San Marcos City Council and the San Marcos Unified School District Board. He also founded Project Next, a nonprofit helping students prepare for college and careers, and coached the San Marcos High School surf team to three state championships.

- A 77-year-old man with worsening dementia was placed in an assisted living facility who specialized in "memory care" for care and protection. Other than his dementia, his health was excellent and he only needed memory care to keep him safe. Within a week of being at the facility, he walked unnoticed out the front door at night, and two miles away from the facility was hit by a car and killed while crossing a road. Even hours after his death the facility was unaware that he had left. Settlement of $1.5 million., 2022
- A young couple on their way to the Central Coast to celebrate their wedding anniversary were struck head on by a careless driver. The negligent driver was killed instantly, and the couple clients suffered severe leg injuries. The negligent driver had a small insurance liability policy, but thankfully the clients maintained a sizable underinsured motorist policy.
