Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of La Verne in 2003, Mr. Hoglin went on to earn his law degree from the Western State College of Law in 2007. During law school, he began working for the criminal division of The Cochran Firm, where he gained valuable experience as a case manager, which helps him handle litigation cases with ease in the courtroom today. He passed the bar and was licensed to practice in California since 2008.
