  • Defended a client who owns a Warehouse that stores and transports wine in a 3 week trial to verdict initially seeking $12-$15 million dollars as complained which claim was reduced at trial.   Able to prove under theory of comparative negligence that Plaintiff was also negligent saving my client $2 million dollars.
