Jamay Lee

The owner of The Law Office Jamay Lee A Professional Corporation, attorney Jamay Lee focuses her attention on litigating issues related to estate planning, elder abuse, trusts and conservatorships. A seasoned litigator, she has more than a decade of experience appearing before the courts of California challenging probate matters and advocating for clients on conflicts regarding trustees, beneficiaries, accounting and financial elder abuse.  

A court-appointed member of the Independent Counsel Panel for San Mateo County Superior Court Trust, Probate and Conservatorship matters since 2017, Ms. Lee is an active and integral part of the California legal community. She has served as the co-chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association and presently is a member of its Board of Directors and the Chair of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, she holds active memberships in the State Bar of California’s Trusts and Estates, and the Litigation Sections.

Proficient in her understanding of the California Probate Code and case law, Ms. Lee showcases the potential to navigate through private fiduciaries, administrators, conservators and personal representatives. She adds to her service to the society by working for nonprofit organizations and contributing to their cause. She is a board member of Raising a Reader, a community organization that promotes families to practice reading together with their children.
