Jeffrey M. Vucinich

As a founding partner of Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman Scheley, Jeffrey M. Vucinich is an attorney at one of Northern California's top litigation firms. He focuses his practice on general litigation, products liability, governmental liability, environmental mass torts and professional liability. Mr. Vucinich represents clients throughout Alameda, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma counties as well as other areas of the northern half of the state.

During his career, Mr. Vucinich has reached favorable results for his plaintiff clients in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has also provided defense counsel to attorneys, realtors, insurance brokers and other professionals who are being sued for malpractice. He has appeared before arbitrators, juries and judges throughout the state.

Mr. Vucinich is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the San Mateo County Bar Association. Admitted to practice in California, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Mr. Vucinich is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. A charter fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Mr. Vucinich is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Born in San Francisco, Mr. Vucinich attended Stanford University and received a Bachelor of Science with honors in 1972. He then went on to enroll at the University of San Francisco School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1975.
