Ms. Cirlin received a Bachelor of Arts in diversified liberal arts and psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she played a key role in forming the school's Family Law Association. Under Ms. Cirlin's leadership as co-president, the organization grew into a successful establishment, informing participants about the latest family law trends in the legal community.

Ms. Cirlin is admitted to the Supreme Court of California as well as all state courts.
Committed to furthering her legal education, Ms. Cirlin graduated from several programs with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, developing her skills for trial and deposition.
