Michael A. Farbstein is a highly regarded civil trial attorney, with deep experience in the gamut of labor and employment matters. Admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Mr. Farbstein represents employers in a wide variety of matters, including discrimination under state and federal laws, individual and class wage and hour claims, wrongful termination and other acts of retaliation, disability discrimination and FMLA disputes.
