P. Christian Scheley

Serving clients in matters of civil litigation defense, P. Christian Scheley has dedicated his practice to insurance defense, protecting businesses and individuals against personal injury claims. Having litigated several business and contract disputes, Mr. Scheley has represented clients in both federal and state courts across Northern California. As an insurance law practitioner, he provides critical coverage analysis for major national carriers. He has authored hundreds of opinions on complex fact patterns, served as lead counsel in numerous declaratory relief actions and consistently secured superior summary judgment results defending insurers against bad faith, contract and tort claims.

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Scheley enrolled at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1986. His achievements in the study of law earned him membership in the Order of the Coif in law school. Admitted to The State Bar of California since 1986, he has stayed committed to providing top-notch legal services to his clients.

Additionally licensed to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Mr. Scheley employs a personal approach to his practice.
