Gordon has more than 42-years experience as a trial lawyer, in house counsel, and mediator in more than 200 cases. He has fifteen published federal court decisions, primarily in interstate commerce and transportation cases, and argued 3 cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A former equity partner at Hanson Bridgett, and associate general counsel at The Pasha Group, Gordon currently is Of Counsel to Williams & Gumbiner LLP in San Rafael, California where he continues his mediation and business law practices.
