Tiffany R. Norman

Tiffany R. Norman is the principal attorney of TRN Law Associates, a premier boutique firm based in San Rafael, California. Serving residents throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, she brings over two decades of sharp legal acumen to matters involving real estate, landlord-tenant law and civil litigation. Known for her analytical precision and confident courtroom presence, she delivers sophisticated counsel to property owners, tenants and business owners alike.

Ms. Norman completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning her degree in legal studies in 2000. While at Berkeley, she was inducted into the Golden Key and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies, and founded a law school application clinic for economically disadvantaged and disabled students.

With a fervent desire to pursue a career in law, Ms. Norman went on to earn her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2005. Her law school tenure was marked by notable distinction, including her recognition on the dean’s list and the prestigious American Jurisprudence awards in both constitutional law and trial practice. She was also a recipient of the Problem Solving Scholarship and held leadership roles in Amnesty International and La Raza student organizations.

Admitted to The State Bar of California, Ms. Norman is a highly influential figure in the regional legal community. Her leadership includes serving as the prior chair and current board member of The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Real Estate Section. She is also an active member of the Marin County Bar Association. A fierce believer in equal access to justice, she has been honored with the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.
