Ms. Ferber's academic journey began with a journalism degree from California State University, Northridge, in 1987, followed by a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 1990. Her extensive appellate experience includes making impactful oral arguments before notable courts like the California Court of Appeals and federal circuits throughout the Country, alongside authoring compelling briefs that have led to significant client victories.

An active contributor to the legal community, Michelle shares her insights through presentations and updates on employment law with clients, community groups, and bar associations. Her leadership roles have included serving on the board of directors for the Contra Costa County Bar Association and volunteering as a discovery facilitator with the Contra Costa County Superior Court. Michelle currently serves as a director of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
