Anthony C. Modarelli, III

Anthony C. Modarelli III is a partner and trial attorney at the DiMarco | Araujo | Montevideo law firm, which has its offices in Santa Ana, California. Using his more than nine years of experience for the benefit of his clients, he represents them with cases involving personal injury and business litigation. 

Dedicated to defending the rights of his clients who were injured because of others’ negligent and careless actions, Mr. Modarelli strives hard to ensure that they get the justice they deserve. He communicates well and keeps them informed of every aspect of their cases and is a zealous advocate for their rights and interests. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Villanova University, Mr. Modarelli studied law at Chapman University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Modarelli actively participated in moot court competitions, including the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. He was on the Chapman Moot Court Honor Board. 

Mr. Modarelli also volunteered at the Public Law Center, served as vice president of the Chapman Trial Attorney Group and the Health Law Society, and served as treasurer of the Chapman Criminal Law Society. He is licensed to practice in California and Nevada. 

In honor of his remarkable work in the legal field, Mr. Modarelli was recognized on The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 list. Selected by his fellow trial attorneys as a rising trial lawyer, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates’ Orange County Chapter. 

An enthusiastic affiliate with renowned legal associations, Mr. Modarelli is on the board of directors for the National Italian American Bar Association and is the president of the American Lawyers of Orange County. He also is a member of the Associate Board for Project Youth of the Orange County Bar Foundation, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Nevada Justice Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
