Darren Aitken

Darren Aitken is a partner at the law firm Aitken Aitken Cohn in Santa Ana, California. A personal injury attorney with over 32 years of legal experience, he represents clients with matters involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, commercial torts, product liability and electrical injury.

With a genuine concern for his clients, Mr. Aitken is dedicated to fighting for the rights of his clients who have suffered injuries due to another party’s negligence and carelessness. He understands the psychological, emotional and financial effects of being harmed through no fault of one’s own, and he is a zealous advocate for his clients.

Mr. Aitken received his bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and earned his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law, where he served as the managing editor of the university’s law review.

Mr. Aitken is a member of the Orange County Bar Association Master’s Division, for which he is the vice president and a board of directors member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Public Law Center. He has memberships in the Trial Law Institute, the Diversity Law Institute and Laura’s House Golf Committee. He also is a board member of the Constitutional Rights Foundation – Orange County.
