Wail Sarieh

Wail Sarieh is a family law attorney and the founder of Sarieh Law Offices representing clients in divorce, adoptions, child custody, same-sex marriage, paternity and other family law matters in Orange County, California. He acquired immense experience in handling divorce, legal separation, and annulment cases, as well as child support, spousal support, and other relevant areas of divorce and family law.

Mr. Sarieh served for five years as the managing partner of a corporation assisting attorneys nationwide in evaluating and strategizing their litigation plans as well as providing expert witnesses and medical-legal exhibits for use in the courtroom. This experience provided him with a wealth of insight and practical knowledge into effective litigation tactics, and he now uses the knowledge gained in aggressive courtroom advocacy for his divorce and family law clients.

Later, Mr. Sarieh earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2005. He studied medicine at the University of Aleppo in Syria and obtained a medical degree. While in law school, he volunteered as an extern for the Cancer Legal Resource Center, combining his medical background with his interest in the law. 

A member of the Syrian American Foundation, Mr. Sarieh also holds memberships in the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California and the Family Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He joined the Southern Poverty Law Center and became a sponsor of the Wall of Tolerance project. He extends his services to help people in need as a volunteer at the HeartFelt Foundation in Santa Monica.

Mr. Sarieh is a board-certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of California. He is rated 10/10 on Avvo and has several positive peer reviews on Martindale-Hubbell.
