Attorney Christina Humphrey is the founder and owner of Christina Humphrey Law, P.C., which has law offices in Santa Barbara and La Mesa, California. Among her other notable successes, she secured a landmark settlement of more than $28 million for the employees of a major trucking company that underpaid their drivers as well as a settlement of $29.5 million following a successful overturn on appeal on behalf of improperly classified employees at a national home improvement retailer. She has also obtained settlements and verdicts totaling tens of millions of dollars each against many other major retailers and corporation in the United States.
A native of West Virginia, Ms. Humphrey graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She then returned to her alma mater and obtained her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2001, where she served as member of the school's law review.
She holds her license to practice in North and South Carolina as well as California, and she is actively involved with the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the American Association for Justice, among her other professional affiliations.
