Marcus Morales

An accomplished, self-driven and experienced family law attorney, Marcus Morales is the founder of Morales Law, located in Santa Barbara, California. The scope of his practice covers all attributes of family law, including divorce, spousal support, property division, child custody, child support and business valuation.

Mr. Morales’ services aim to empower his clients to achieve lasting results with a practical perspective, enabling them to make better decisions for their futures through creative strategies. Understanding his clients’ priorities and the minor details of the cases, he strives to bring stability and safety to the lives of the children involved. 

Upon graduating in 2008 from San Diego State University with a degree in political science and government, Mr. Morales earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 at the New York Law School. He earned dean’s list honors during law school and his bachelor’s program. He has been a member of the California Bar since 2011.

Well-regarded by the opposing lawyers and the family law judges in Santa Barbara, Mr. Morales is a member of The State Bar of California, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association and the American Inns of Court.  He has also been granted Lead Counsel Verified status for four consecutive years.
